We ship daily. Shipping usually takes 10-14 business days. However, due to high demand, delivery times may be longer (14-16 business days).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your personal tracking information.
You can also enter the tracking number at DHL and you will receive more detailed information.

We use German sizing. Simply choose the size you normally wear. If you're unsure, you can always contact our customer service.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will find a quick solution for you.

• Laundry detergent: Use a mild detergent without bleach.
  
• Separate colors: Wash similar colors together.
  
• Drying: Do not tumble dry, but dry lying flat or on a clothesline .
  
• Ironing: Iron inside out at a low to medium temperature.
  
• Dry cleaning: Only if explicitly stated on the label.
